Summer is heating up for Riley, a reluctant psychic, and her charming private investigator boyfriend, Nick Santiago.

When Riley's stern grandmother shows up, she insists Riley take her psychic powers more seriously—or face the wrath of "the Guild." As if that’s not enough, a homicide detective comes knocking, needing Riley’s help to solve the mystery of a well-dressed corpse found in a walk-in closet.

Nick, meanwhile, is overwhelmed with a tricky missing person case and a surprise interrogation from his parents about his live-in girlfriend, Riley. His nerves are already on edge after Riley’s near-death experience last summer, making him less than thrilled about her diving into another investigation.

Things take a darker turn when bodies start piling up, a disastrous meet-the-parents dinner unfolds, and their quirky elderly roommate starts behaving suspiciously... dressed as a mime. As Riley is drawn deeper into the chaos, she must also face her ex-husband, a news anchor with a spray tan, and his new weather-girl fiancée.

The tension comes to a head when Riley receives a chilling warning from the killer: back off, or she’s next. Can Riley and Nick untangle the web of murders before it’s too late, or will she become the latest victim?
